Yeah, we're thirty years old, and added two minutes to our mile run and three minutes to our stretching out... or, we're fifty-nine and shortened the time we actually spend thinking that we could, with a little work, get back to the time we had for the mile when we were thirty years old. And stretching out... well that means flexing our muscles before we get up in the morning to see if the parts still move. It creeps up on us: the knees, the neck, the back, the brain. Not necessarily inclusive or in that order. Not sad commentary, Just Reality.
